FEATURES COMMON TO ALL HP R SERIES EVAPORATORS
The heat pump evaporators of the HP R series are ideal for meeting the need to obtain very high density concentrates and for the evaporation of products that are extremely encrusting to heat exchangers.
By means of an automatic motorized scraper, which continuously keeps clean the exchange surfaces of the boiling boiler, it is possible to obtain higher concentrations than other evaporative systems, while avoiding the deposit on the exchange surfaces.
The final concentrate will be finally discharged by means of pneumatic pumps of diaphragm type or of single screw type.
It is also possible to place the system above a lifting frame, so that the discharge through the bottom discharge valve can be carried out directly into a crystal separation system.
